Haw Creek Parks and Recreation

Masters Park
101 Maple Drive.

HCCA was instrumental in creating this nine-acre park on Maple Drive. When the property came on the market in 2009, we organized a fundraising effort that resulted in local residents, the City of Asheville, and Buncombe County each providing a third of the $720,000 purchase price. This beloved park has a hiking trail connecting Haw Creek to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Mountains-to-Sea Trail.
